Has anybody reading this ever worked at Milk Specialties in Wautoma? Is it a nice place to work?

management has a lot to be desired there and the pay is below par for the field of practice.

I have worked here for a number of years and it is not a bad place to work. Benifits are good, pay has improved and employees do not leave for other jobs.

I worked there also, and found many of their business practices not worthy of what the standard is. They do short change their employees, and you are treated as a number not a person. I also found they have firmly in place a "favorites" system. If your a favorite, you can do anything and get away with it. Not a place I would ever go back to for fair treatment. Sorry.

In agreement with fatcat, If you are not lucky enough to be in the "clique" you do the work of 2-3 people to make up the slack for them. The most unorganized and stressful place I ever have worked in. It has caused most workers to become backstabbers in effort to become one of the chosen ones. So in turn the teamwork is null.
