Other priority groups are those with compromised immune systems, diabetics, asthmatics, others with heart or lung disease. I was one of these and was there. Believe me, this line was chock full of the people you mentioned.

Also, people were dropping someone off to hold their place in line while they looked for parking. There are a number of reasons this photos shows these men. Don't judge.
