If he was already a known sex offender and wearing an ankle bracelet and living in the county, why didn't he come up as a possible suspect in the Santa Cruz gropings much sooner? They could have tracked his whereabouts to the first or second incident and prevented the others!

So this guy has a GPS ankle bracelet and is still out grabbing women? Something tells me he is either incredibly stupid or has uncontrollable compulsions. Either way, throw his ass back in prison for good.

Remember, Santa Cruz is a sanctuary city.. Illegals (undocumented people) are not the only problem with having a sanctuary city.. Nice job city council idiots....

Another in a series of simplistic views from a simpleton critic that doesn't understand how the GPS monitoring system works. Learn how it works and how information is obtained before hatin', lest you show you ignorance. Maybe you could tell us of your experience in solving this sort of thing????????

Why wasn't this guy caught after the first incident? If he has an ankle bracelet, should someone have checked the tracking system for sexual predators in the area? Seems like this guy could have been caught before there became 7 more victims.

Who is really doing the "hatin'" here...my questions stem from the information in the article, and are echoed by others in the forum, but thanks for singling me out for derision. Says much more about you than me.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
