I think they are asking the community to withhold judgement while they cover it up and get the evidence planted. What did he do, give the cop the stink eye?

I'm guessing that he may be another undercover officer on the same case as the Robbinsdale guy who was terrorizing citizens in Coon Rapids last year. No doubt they'll find some way to make it the dead guy's fault.

as a retired police officer, what has been reported by the news may not look good at this point, but I am withholding judgment until the BCA finishes its investigation and releases the facts. Then I will make my determination if the officer's actions were proper or not.

I hope the cop gets cleared of any wrong doing. This punk was should have cooperated instead of fighting with the cop. Too bad.

You don't fight with cops period, end of story. He shouldn't have been shot but still if he would have not been fighting with the cop this wouldn't have happen in the first place.

i guess i missed the part about fighting, BUT it wouldn't bother me a whole lot if police officers shot the next ten drunk drivers they each run across. save alot of trouble later...

I am not withholding judgment, the witness statements are enough. Todd Waldron is a murderer. He shot an unarmed man 3 or 4 times in the heart for running a stop sign, and having the audacity to argue and struggle. The officer was NEVER in any danger. I say hang the jerk. I'll even provide the rope.

As a person who knows the officer and is a Heilman, I ask all of you to stop judging and wait for the facts. No one knows all of the details. Being mean spirited and vengeful is not going to solve anything.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Aries

You're feeling practical and sensible today, so it's great for getting on with some of the Christmas preparations. The idea of saving money appeals to you now, and if you're browsing around the supermarket looking for festive food you might be so horrified by some of the prices that you decide to make your own instead. This will give you a real feeling of satisfaction.
