I am glad to see our justice system finally is working for the citizens that trust in our justice system. Many times I have wonder who they work for and where do they get their information. Like in domestic violence, the system seems to always believe the women and the man goes to jail until he can bond out or he has to wait for court. Absolutely not fair....I know a women who has charged several men for domestic violence and never shows up for the court hearing and gets away with it. Wake up County Attoneys..you should be investigating these charges before putting innocent men in jail so the city can make a buck and destroy people's lives.

I'm in the middle of a domestic violence case. As the victim, I feel like I am getting punished as well. No one about my side of the story, all they care about is making an example. My boyfriend has NO criminal history, graduated suma kum laude and is attending graduate school. I've been treated like dirt by the DOC and judge. I sat in the DOC for 6 1/2 hours yesterday and all I could get were one word ansewers. While the officer at the desk just sat there making personal calls on the phone and eating practically all day. When anyone there asked a question she'd roll her eyes and go right back to her personal calls.
