any good places to eat?

does anyone know of any decent place to eat in waterloo. NOT sal's wartburg inn - please!! the owners do drugs, insurance fraud, not to mention the nasty people that work there with diseases and use no gloves! that place is gross. any suggestions?

i personally like jv,s also there is galaghers but its rather expensive

Obies,Papa Vito's, and Wilson's are pretty good but if you want a real good place try Rich and Charlie's in south county on Lemay Ferry across from Old Navy

i agree, rich and charlies is my fav!

Bully's in Columbia is pretty good.

Actually, I'm a fan of the pink snapper.

I've been told to stay away from their brown trout though.

i don't dig the c fish but my girl loves the trowser snake

yeah rite. Sal's is the best place in the county to eat at. Their sharkbites are to die for. The owner's are great and NO RESTRAUNT AROUND WEARS F***ING GLOVES. YOU STUPID MOTHR F*****!!!!! I think that u r the one on drugs. nobody knows how great that place is until they have been out there

OBVIOUSLY - you are the owner. That place is crap. It may LOOK nice, but the Stallones have many, many skeletons - not only related to their/your bar. Shady, shady, people!! I found Wilson's anyway. It is a nice place and good food.

what do skeletons have to do with good food? unless the food came off of those skeletons!

The food DOES come off of the skeletons. This joint has been reviewed by the health dept. on more than one occasion. Diseased people w/out gloves making salads, re-heated food, mice. I don't know, why don't you try the place?

I have been to this restaurant. The food did taste freezer burnt. The shark must have been from the muddy mississippi, cause it tasted like dead fish. The skanks that work there, let's just say, I'm not sure which rock they climbed out of. Sal's Wartburg Inn is not worth the drive. Anywhere you eat though, gross behind closed doors!

Bobecks is ok if you like bar food, Wilsons is the worst place in this town it will be closed in the next 3 months. First time I went there the sewers were backed up and the smell upon entering took my breath away. I could not believe they didnt lock up for the night. Gave it 2 more tries, because it was new, both horrible. Never will go there again and my freinds tell me the same. Sals isnt so bad I dont know anything about the owners nor do I care, I go there to eat not make friends. Jv's is good.

I'm sure you own the place Sal's Wartburg Inn. I don't care who the owners are if they are on the up an up. Check out the health records!! Wilson's is great!!

People come on we all know that the only good place to eat at is Denny's.Applebee's is a close 2nd.

Joe bicardis in columbia is pretty good.

I really like Joe Bicardis also. People, every restaurant is absolutely GROSS behind closed doors. I would hate to see behind the scenes, that is why I don't eat out very often.
