Why don't wattsburg think about putting on its own 4th of july fireworks show?
I think we neeed to start asking the council about looking into this in the future.

Good question, but do you know how much it would cost to get all of the fireworks and then getting someone qualified to shoot them off. This is a town that lacks funds.

Years ago they use to have fireworks and a town get together at the park after the parade, Now we don't even have a parade on our countries independence day. I for one think this was shameful. But this town has been going down hill for years and continues to spiral out of control. Now we are subjected to the mayors marital woes on here this is just to much, Some things should be kept behind closed doors not put out there for all to see and comment on, Shame on the one who put it out there.

And julie you are right about the town not having the money, because for years the boro money was poorly managed, and that goes back years, kathy didn't do this town any favors. But money was not managed properly ,And that has only hurt this community, It is a shame we don't have it in a planned budget but maybe this is something that council can work on for next year.It doesn't help that certain people keep trying to put our town in the poor house by using so much water and not wanting to pay for it so that it falls on the tax payers to worry about. Some people take delight in making all suffer. I think those people should be made to pay for what they use. Or go back to the old way of using the creek to get there water. Maybe the boro could save some money that way?

your right what happens behind close doors is thier business and not ours. That is their lifenot ours. but my name comes up and I have nothing to do with all of this.

Use water from the creek? what are you talking about? doesnt't wattsburg have a water system or is it really out in the country?

Geeezzzzzzz Thank God I moved away that town was sooooo much fun and enjoyment what the hell happened, I loved living there but then it started to get ugly with money shit over 15 yrs ago I was glad to get out, to much MUD SLINGING and no proof! So whoever is getting this straightened out I hope they aren't screwing each other (POLITICS) I'm sure they are doing a much better job, sounds like it!!! LOVE YA ALL PLEASE LETS GT IT TOGETHER NOW!!!
