Judge Fortinberry caught stealing camaign signs during court hours

This woman put me $10,000 in debt and made my life a living hell for two years for a marijuana related charge.

For the most part, I'm a law abiding citizen. At the time I was a motivated college student near the top of my class who made one stupid mistake.

During her previous election she accused her opponent of being part of a murder conspiracy. This was a lie of course. Look it up, this little stunt gave her the title "worst judge" according to Reader's Digest.

Fast forward a few years, and it's apparent she hasn't changed much.

The fact that she sits on her high chair and acts like a moral authority makes my blood boil.

It was a total set up. They were already warned not to put the signs there by the property owner. Easement or no easement the property owner still has authority over the property including the easement that he maintains. The culprit with the camera should know that. The property was right by the courthouse on citation drive where she comes into work every day. The spy set up more signs and she was already told by the property owner that she could take them down if they put them there again.

The spy was out to get her and he is a good friend of the guy who supplied the news with the last story about her and the letter she wrote to that union and blew it all out of proportion. They are vendictive because she has put one of their family members in jail(rightfully so) and another family member went to trial for sexually assaulting his daughter but the jury ruled not guilty on the case. He likely did it, but not enough evidence. She is being ostrasized for doing her job. Channel 4 was their patsy.

She is Evil - Come August 5th you will be sleeping a little easier.

Judge Dana Fortinberry has ripped into some very powerful local people who did not forget. She appears to have focused her whole campaign getting funding from car dealership owners and attorney's - but none of them are going to be able to cast a single vote for her because they don't live in her district!

I am going to predict Judge Fortinberry is going end up with less than 10% of the votes.

This woman ruled that myself, my wife, and my 3 kids--ages 4 and younger--should have stayed till the end of our lease in a house with black toxic mold infested throughout the venilation, and awarded a $10k cj to our landlord. She greeted the opposing attorney by 1st name as she walked in, and refused to let us bring our notes to the stand.(We could not afford an attorney and had to represent ourselves.) She threw out the evidence we had from a reputible company that we had paid $500 to verify the existance of the mold. And I had just been mysteriously and "coincidentally" hospitalized with pnuemonia, which the doctors assured me were more than likely caused by the mold.

She acted bored and put out whenever we were speaking, and severly limited what we could say. I even overheard her ask her assistant-person up there next to her if he had though this would go on so long, because she was hungry. I swear upon my children!

Then recently I find out all of this dirt on her...dear God, please don't let her get re-elected! I don't even live in her district anymore, but she is truly evil. Evil!

Its unfortunate people like you are still in this community. Being a college student, you should no when to shut your mouth. Just because your a pot head and cant understand that marijuana is against the law, doesnt give you the right to determine if a judge is doing her job. Of course you dont like her, your one of the many idiots that place yourself in front of Judges for crimes.

I heard this judge Fortinberry is a bitch!

It barely more than the dark ages at Clarkston Courthouse since Fortinberry has weld any power but now the tyrant as been booted out. Fortinberry will forever claim 'she was tough on crime' hence her unpopular reputation. It was the fact she was lied, she showed favoritism and even went behind the scenes and manipulated court records to valid her decisions. This was the one decision she couldn't manipulate the facts/data. Fortinberry should be in jail herself if there true justice. How many defendants rights were violated by this manic? Thousands maybe more.

Way to judge something you know nothing about. How about the fact that the alleged victim tried to drop the charges but was threatened with perjury charges if she did. I'm sure you knew that. I know the facts on this one and this case only made it to trial because of corrupt politicians like Dana Fortinberry. Anybody with any shred of character wouldn't go around removing campaign signs from their opponents. Or claiming that someone who lost their wife, which is hard enough, killed them!

I guess there are always people out there who will pass judgment and make decisions with no real thought or rational behind them.

Well, IT'S GOOD RIDDANCE TO FORTENBERRY. IT'S ABOUT TIME. THE PUBLIC HAS SPOKEN.

Enough said - Good ole' Dana has finally gotten what she deserves! Too bad she couldn't be a good mother either! I feel bad that they have such a bad role model for her sons. On a cruise, several years ago, with NDP, she let her underage boys drink and smoke on the cuise ship. It was all funny to her! The truth always comes out! She is probably the worst judge ever - and that was written in Reader's Digest! Dana get a life and grow up!

This judge with my first offense of pot gave me a year in the county. I knew the people around there would soon or later caught up with this loser. I hope she can sleep well now good riddens to your loser.
