What doesn't she understand??? A water shortage means you can't wash your car in your own driveway - even if you pay taxes. So suck it up like everyone else and conserve. Some people are just - well, I can't say it here.

Maybe since "every drop counts" The town should stop approving developements that tap off of the town water. I mean the 100 condo's on hope street, and there is more. Why doesnt the board realize this and get there heads out of the developers (you know)!
