there are more careless low life gas theives and home heating fuel theives in willow than other areas of alaska in the cities... how low can they
get to steal from elderly and ill people on disability income
which is not enough to survive
on to begin with and and is endangering them.... low lifes
need to get off the drugs and booze and get jobs and pay their own way or go to jail
and be sent to war zones or prision camps where they cut the hands off the theives or
go to a mental institution for being a danger to others....
