No. The casino sets the odds for payoffs in compliance with the regulations of the state gaming commission. Any fool knows that the odds in legalized gambling will always favor the house over time, and sufficiently so to cover losses, taxes, and the investment in the facility... and still provide a profit. Modification of the game is simply against the law. You're not too bright if you expect a "fair" game in a casino.
