Notice they didn't give the name of the second threat to the Judge. Know of this case, the dad is real crazy. His children didn't get a beeper.

All we get in our case is conflicting statements. That is if you can get anyone to talk to you. If they have nothing to hide then why be so evasive and lie.

Good riddens to Feldon, didn't do much to clean up that mess and got paid well for it. I quess the praises for him are that no child died on his shift. At least none that I have heard of.But how many children suffered because his inept managing.Hate to see who they put in charge. Does anyone know who does the hiring for this position. Is it the county commissioners?

Good luck to Washington County on a new CYF director. My god. Trust the commissioners who just ignore inmates being raped and killed at the jailhouse next to their office? They keep working with the same machinery that ran Pettit's reign of terror - Mr. Lucas put that poor man away last week for the CYF case. No wonder he was so mad, they took his kids from him (CYF), never offered for his family to take them. Who is the other poor family who made threats about taking their kids? This situation is not going to be recognized until something drastic happens.

The ACLU in Pittsburgh has absolutely no record of a class action lawsuit being filed. In fact, they content that they never take on a CYF case, but history shows that they did take on Westmoreland County and Beaver County in the past and have won. So I don't get this. You have to post the contact name, because no one there knows anything about this case at all.

There is no lawsuit according to the Pittsburgh ACLU.

The problem of child protective services in Washington County siezing and keeping children without due process of law is part of a nation-wide epidemic of governmental and judicial corruption where upon the mechanism being used is systemic and systematic frauds upon the courts by officers of those courts. This is evermore evident in the secretive family courts operations across The United States. When dcf or cyf strike... most people are not allowed to present their cases to the court. The attorneys for the children and parents usually work for the court and are completely under the courts direction. The family courts mandate judiciallly and administratively the practicing attorneys to win the case for the state and conceal misconduct especially fraud. To sum up because time is short tonight.... You are all being denied acces to the courts via practices and patterns of cyf intertwined judicial corruption and a racket of obtaining false judgements for federal money paid to the states to kidnap and subject, in many cases, our children to harm, injury, and tortorious inflictions of great emotional distress. Furthermore, I have found that in most cases the appelate and post judgement remedy process is also being denied to -people. I can be reached at inkelfamily@gmail.com I believe we should commence a nationwide class action lawsuit....pro-se if need be. The evidence in our favor is voluminous.

I was not aware of any new threats against Judge Mascara. The last I had heard of was late last year, a Mr. Goodman who had supposedly made threats thru letters/emails. To the best of my knowledge noone on this site is at all involved in anything of the sort. The intent here is to share thoughts and frustrations with others in a similar situation and maybe come out with some hope..

Everyone can share their frustations, but who is doing anything about it? This ACLU posting seems to not be true. If there were, why do they not have a record of it? If everyone just wants to complain and not do anything, then go see a psychologist. If we want to do something then post something that is true.

NameThatJudge, Thank-you my sentiments exactly. To me a support means sharing of problems in hope of coming up with solutions. But false info is not helping. And just complaining solves nothing.

Reliant , second case involving William Molinaro was in the paper also believe it was a Sunday edition. Both these cases are not helping , Mr. Goodman was already in jail on other charges before this. People like these 2 are why we have CYS. Letting politics run CYS is why it is screwed up.

Make your vote and Voice count. Especially at the local level. Demand representation for the taxes you pay.

You people all complain and do nothing. All I see is excuses and blaming others. It is no surprise why you lost your children. Here's an idea: maybe YOU are the problem.

Absolutely not. This is about supporting people whose children's lives are being destroyed by CYS incompetence and self-agenda, not about feeling sorry for people whose children have been taken away from them because of neglect or abuse.
The biggest hope here WOULD be making things better for the kids, period.
And no, not everyone in prison is innocent, but most children are, and they're being hurt by the very agency that was created to protect them....not in all cases, but in enough to show that there's a problem.

It's amazing to me that people would sign on here just to be hateful and hurtful without having a clue about what they're commenting on.

ur absolutly right.Cys doesnt realize they are hurting some of these children,by taking the children away from their families.
