Hispanic activists rush to the community to crucify the local politician and ask for a panel to judge racist crimes against Immigrants (they never precede that word with "illegal") and how the local police are racist too. A year later the same activists return for a candlelight vigil for Jose Illegal, who is now a martyr and famous. In the meantime, Joe Legal doesn't qualify for a legal aid attorney at taxpayer expense, because he makes too much money. He is nearly bankrupt from legal fees and will probably lose his home and go to jail.
