Mother was not a citizen when you were born in USA prevents you from being a natural born citizen, which is not the same as native born citizen. The book "Law of Nations" was widely read at the time the USA was founded, and defines natural born citizen as being born to citizen parents in the citizen's country. So if you were born after 1776 and your parents were not citizens, you won't be eligible to hold the office of POTUS.
