My daughter gets to go to a weekly religious education program during the school day. I bet you chumps do not have that on the East and West coast. First of all I am not a Rupulican, I am an American. Second of all the sooner you realize the wealthiest people in this country are the ones that are providing YOU your jobs. I happen to be a small business owner. I will promise you this, I have no intention of changing my lifestyle that I have worked VERY hard to establish. I really do not care what happens politically and how it may impact me financially. If this administration imparts new laws or taxes that have an adverse effect on my income I will just fire a few employees, that simple. And please quit making this about race. It has nothing to do with race for me. My daughter is instructed to salute the President everytime she sees him on tv, this started when she was a toddler with the hated GW Bush. She is now 8 years old and recognized that I was not supporting Obama. When he was elected she asked me if she had to salute him as well and my answer was absolutly. Actually the MAJORITY of America identifies as center right NOT center left. REAL Americans don't believe in giving away our country to crimminals. REAL Americans believe one should make their OWN way and NOT be dependent on gov't for housing, education, food, cloths, and HEALTHCARE!. REAL Americans believe in the 2nd amendment, freedom of religion, and a strong national defense. WRONG! We are a center RIGHT country. If we weren't all the lefts asinine agenda would the law of the land now. I agree the last 8yrs were NOT the most fiscally conservative we wanted them to be, BUT the last two years of Bushes term, he had ALOT of help from a liberal congress. How did we get from 5 trillion to 10.3 trillion when at the END of Bushes term we were at 3.5 trillion? Answer nobama. They have marched in lock step with George Bush and lead our country into two wars and the REPUBLICANS had already lost the wars brfore Obama became president. Plus, the financial crisis fell in Obamas lap after a decade of Repubublicans being in charge of deregulating all of the financial institutions. No, President Obama did not cause the 10+ trillion dollar deficit or the finanacial crisis or the 2-lost wars. But we did hire him to clean up this Tremendous mess you guy’s created. You have to go back further than the Bush years to see when this economic disaster started. All the way back to the Carter years, with the beginning of the "Fair housing act". The program that strarted putting people in houses they could NOT afford. This program was carried forward through BOTH left and right administrations to date. BUT back in 2005 republicans started asking questions about Freddie and Fannie's sustainability and finacial stability. BARNEY I suck franks ASSURED CONGRESS both were stable and fluid. Not ALL the blame is his, but he did lie about their standing. The vast majority of it IS the democrat party, as they are the party of the "poor and downtrodden" and have been instramental in it's growth and expansion. Yes the wars have contributed the the dept, but they were unavoidable. Could things have been done differently, yes but at some point you have to draw a line in the sand. Freddie and Fannie are STILL here and just last week I believe Fannie ASK FOR another 30 billion TO STAY AFLOAT. It's got to stop. We still haven't seen the commercial side tank yet, but it's comming, and all these homeowners that refied and STILL can't make their payments are yet to come. It ain't over. Why not blame George Washington or Thomas Jefferson? FYI: Barney Frank and the Democrats were not in charge. George Bush and the republican klan were in charge and caused the financial mess.
