We are looking to purchase a bulk of notes below: primary interest in Multi-Family, as well as retail, office and industrial properties.
They are not interested in single family properties, unless in the top areas on the West side.
They are interested in both performing and non-performing notes, in the 1st lien position. Outstanding balance could range from $1M -$20M.
I have have two group of investor that have a total of $100M. The first group is interest above and the second group is below.

The info I need to make a proper bid is: UPB: Original Balance; Original date; P&I; T&I; first pay date; next due for; addresses I need copies of: Collateral; pay history; 12 month servicing notes (if possible). All will provide LOI and POF
