as a 70% service connected disabled veteran am I being forced to file bankruptcy because the Millinnium Healthcare Act doesn't really allow for emergency hospitalizations outside a VA facility or emergency ambulance service? I have about $500,000 in hospital bills the VA has declined to pay when the VA was conctacted to either keep me or transfer me to the nearest VA facility. Also does your new healthcare plan allow for veterans to receive better treatment? Veterans shouldn't have to be forced to receive subpar treatment at VA hospitals. Veterans should be allowed to choose where they want to receive their treatment. It's a conflict of interest when you have the insurance company also treating the patients. There are illegal immigrants in this country that get better healthcare than I do. There is something completely wrong with the system!

As an OVER-TAXED PAYING American citizen, I COMPLETELY AGREE with you. ANY service personel that have served honorably should NOT have to worry about ANY healthcare costs. If we have money for illegals and god knows who, everywhere else around the world we DAMN sure should have enough to take care of the ones that protect us and our way of life. Fact is we SHOULD take care of YOU FIRST, then worry about everyone else. 2010 VOTE THEM OUT!

Soon to made even worse if they get their way and have government healthcare and so called illegal reform. Veterans should have the best healthcare, not congress as the vets and those still serving are the ones who really lay their life on the line for us. Congress should buy their own healthcare, they can well afford the best on their own.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Libra

If you live with other people you have to resign yourself to the fact that you all want to do different things today. The more you urge togetherness, the more everyone will be determined under tonight's Full Moon to do their own thing even if it creates problems. Try to play this down as much as possible because it's also a lunar eclipse and getting angry won't solve anything; it may even make the situation worse. Maybe this is a chance for you to do what you want for a change, too? Anyway, enjoy yourself tonight, Libra because you deserve it!
