The THIRD TIME? And people wonder why the police feel the need to set up checkpoints? I mean, this is the Nations' Capital and the police have to worry about being hit w/ molotov cocktails? I say bring in the National Guard, let 'em do whatever needs doing, maybe they can bring some order!

What kind of "civilized" society is this? The cops were out in pursuit of some low-life and return to a vehicle damaged and on fire. That's pretty "demoralizing" if you ask me.

They need to declare a 9PM curfew in DC, the only exception would be if you were out on work related stuff. That way if the cops see you after dark they'd know you were up to no good. A curfew is what DC needs...
