So-It may not be Reggie's first rodeo, but I am sure it is not Tom's either. Just let the courts take care of it. Does Tom really want you to bring past mistakes up?

ya know i think its funny tom is trying to dig up stuff on reggie and anyone related to him,when tom has been in trouble with the law too,it was a felony wasnt it tom?? the barnes and their family are great people,they are nice and polite unless you mess with one of their loved ones then watch out which is how it should be.a lot of people have seen tom following reggie down 52 highway before the fight,i am talking right on his bumper,trying to intimidate reggie,in fact it was filmed several times. tom has been harrassing this family for years, all i can say is "good for you hout family" i am glad you stood up for yourselves! dont let this bully harrass you anymore!!

Oh that gangster mentality. Maybe you should put those videos on You Tube. Does that mean this was a pre-meditated attack, in mafia terms a mob hit OR just ANOTHER incident of road rage in the hood (TAILGATE 09). Interesting story...but I don't think so. This kind of fodder only buries further those who are already in over their head. Tom's “past mistakes” are well documented and long since past. Bringing them up isn't going to soften his attempt to obtain justice for his wife and children . Don't worry though probably not much will happen as this type of behavior seems to be an accepted by some in CC. It’s possible though the root cause for the attack is a barbaric way for this group to get even for the success Tom and Jiniwin have had going into the drilling business after Tom was fired from Barnes Well Drilling in 1990 for being injured at work after working there for 13 years. Owning and operating a successful well drilling business after being fired is not harassing. Success after Barnes came easy for Tom; his customers who knew him from his drilling days with Barnes remember him as the "one that did all the work" and his vendors refer to him as the one who pays his bills. As for the "digging up" statement, there's no "digging up" anything, the KC charges have been common knowledge around CC since they happened and public record in KC Municipal Court since November of 2007. The KC public record just verifies the facts for those of you who have been lied to OR are in denial about this PRESENT case. It would seem pertinent info when a man who is PRESENTLY on probation goes out and has TWO more charges of the same nature filed against him. Just go down to the KC Municipal Court and for $7 you can get a copy for yourself. Hurry though because after tomorrow the 27th fortunately for ONE man the KC charges (TAILGATE 07) and subsequent probation will be invisible. Truth is PRESENTLY there is a recorded case in KC involving one of the defendants for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. That's what happens when you physically challenge the authority of a KC Policeman without a THREE on ONE advantage. That kind of stuff flies in CC but not in KC.(please see CC case file for more details) If you want to know what really happened on New Years Eve that's public record as well. Just make a Sunshine Law request to the City of Cole Camp and for slightly more than $7 you too can read for yourself the blow by blow accounts. I don’t recall reading anything from the Paparazzi about a near bumper experience though. There's even an account from an eye witness posted on Facebook if you know where to look.
PRESENTLY there are FIVE people ONE of which is on probation in KC that are charged with beating up Tom and his wife in Cole Camp. If you believe in these type of tactics get on that "hout family" bandwagon and shout, YEAH for them!! HIP HIP HOORAY, THREE on ONE times TWO. Mess with us by blowing a party horn on New Years Eve and we'll beat you to a pulp and then grab your wife by her hair AND BEAT ON HER WITH OUR FISTS in the back of the head. They really did a number on those Schroeder’s, yeah again!! That’s what they get for messin with those "houts". Good ole Cole Camp vigilante justice.

On Thanksgiving Day 09 the Schroeder’s are thankful for those who were present who helped stop the attack and those members of the Cole Camp Police who put their jobs on the line by following thru with the criminal investigation. The Schroeder’s are also thankful that they're still alive and healing from the beating they took at the hands of the accused on New Years 2009.
