not much has changed he has court for a prelim. hearing friday...right now are just holding our heads high and praying...after asking around a good friend thought she might know who you were sorry...just being very careful right now..there are so many out there saying bad things that do not know him.

Does anyone know who the girlfriend he was staying with was. I am just really surprised of his location. I'm not interested in hurting anyone or being mean, it's just that I have family near where he was found.

Yes...it was not just a girlfriend..they have a child together...he is not the monster they are saying he is..his innocents will be proven...they had moved back to her home town to help take care of her ill grandfather and be closer to her family...i am sure to some it looks like they were hiding out but the arrest was just as much a suprise to both of them and thier families as it was the community.

I am really thinking about writing a book about it all...after trail...until then i cannot say anymore...i am sorry

there was article about murder in several papers...it sure is strange case..and that he was living here when arrested...a lot say he didn't do it, a lot say he did, so I guess you never know

I know he had every bit of what they say was stolen 5 years ago before the murder...i know for a fact...i am sure it is hard for the public to know for sure when they dont even know him or the kind of man and father he is...but we all have faith and are encouraged by our lawyers that this will be cleared up very soon...like i said...we plan on writing a book when it is all done and said with...until all we have are each other and God...I fear for our children and am doing all i can to protect our daughter from this horrible nightmare. Oh and it is not odd that he was here...it was to help take care of my grandfather...who is well off...yet he has never even raised a hand at him or tried to take his things...or mine.

but he did have quite a bit of stolen property on him according to police reports..I pray for everyone involved that justice is done

Who is Lover's Lane? What about Joe's daughter and her involvement?

Also, if he had Joe's property for 5 years, how did he get them?

Hi, I have intimate knowledge of the family and the pain they have endured. We don't necessarily believe the people in custody are the masterminds behind this horrible crime.

i have VERY intimate knowledge..and i DO know that Lance has nothing to do with it...nothing...and it has been proven already...they just aren't ready to give up....who knows...we may even know each other.

I understand how you feel - my ex-husband was incarcerated-but he was guilty :-{). So this must be really hard for you since Lance is innocent.

Did Bryan act alone? If so, why did he implicate Lance? Who do you think is the mastermind? What about the daughter?

I know that you must be careful in your comments, but I appreciate any info because I care so very deeply.

I will limit my questions/correspondence to this blog instead of both from now on...

I cannot give details...not right now...all i can say is that court this past week was very good for lance's side...
it can and will be proven everything he had he has had for more than 5 years...
as for bryan i do not know all i know is he cant keep his story very straight!!!! he is a crack head...i know for a fact....he has never done anything for me but give me chills when i am around him...the boy has problems...one time he is a holy roller...preaching to me...the next i hear he is trying to pawn off hotel stuff to get crack....in my opinion he felt guilty..then when what he realized he was admiting too he decided to drag down someone who didn't want to be his friend anymore due to his drug habbits...they had a big fall out over that around the time all of this happened...
