The county and city police were all over town within seconds and could not catch this man. when prisonors are being transported are they not supposed to be cuffed? Something more going on here than meets the eye. Now we have another criminal needlessly on the streets.

I believe he tried to punch David Hill, to bad he missed. Hill is just a plain dumbass rent a cop. Used to be a preacher and now has tattoos all over him.

There is nothing for you to do diane, let your son accept punishment for his actions. He stole from people the work hard to feed their own. Then created havoc on our town trying to catch him again.

Id say more than likely he is an uneducated, unemployed bum that causes trouble and steals from those that work for a living. Of course I could be wrong its just a guess. I by far am no fan of several of our so called county officials but what he did will only make things worse for him.

All i can say about this situation is if police take someone into custody why not put cuffs on that person,but this is Gallatin County for ya!!! my heart does go out to Josh and his family and friends No one can know what was going through his head at the time he ran off im sure he was frightened being only 19 yrs. old. I just hope maybe this may have taught him a lesson and he will change for the better!

I know David Hill very well. Before you go judging others make sure you look in your own backyard.
