When the arbor ridge development was built Victory gardens had been in business in their same location for five years, and nobody impeded the residents from arbor ridge from their right to build their houses on precious farmland and then move in. If the residents from arbor ridge didn't t like victory gardens from being there they shouldn't have moved in.
