missouri driver would be roadkill in a lot of places! they stop the right of way traffic to let side roads on...hanging up traffic that has the right of way....when they pull onto the highway from the opposite side they should use the left lane to accelerate...the dont they swing an extra lane over...they have no clue about right of way....4 way stops are a great example, its not supposed to be first come first served, read the laws
