Three former employees of a suburban treatment center for troubled teens pleaded not guilty Thursday in the death of a girl who suffocated after being restrained face down on the floor.

people need to be screened more intensly for positions like this! none of them cared about the kids at the facility,they were there to get a paycheck! and i hope justice prevails and all 3 of them get what they deserve! which come judgement day, they certainly will! terribly,terribly horrible!

as a former employee of parmadale the prone position was taught to us in the correct manner, it can't be helped by the facility if employees take it upon themselves to add their own twist or to even get in a power struggle with a child over a coping skill.This decision to get into a power struggle and a if i may say illegal restraint has left a domino effect on the lives of more than the family of the deceased and the family of the accused,but also the facility and the staff.
