Benton man seeks dismissal of murder charge

If [the prosecution is] not ready to do that, he should be let go NORTH HAVERHILL-Attorneys for Cary Indelicato, the Benton man who was arrested for the January murder of 90-year-old Albert Powell in Warren , were in court last week seeking a dismissal to the charges. On June 28, Judge Jean Burling of the Grafton County Superior Court held a hearing on a motion to dismiss the charges without prejudice filed by Indelicato's lawyers. A dismissal of the charges without prejudice would not preclude the prosecution from charging Indelicato for the crime at a later date. Read more

i dated his daughter. yeah they have problems but they are definatley good people. and if you actually knew what it was like to suffer with any kind of problem, which i doubt, you might be more understanding

An innocent 90 year old gentleman was killed in his own home, by one of those "good people".

We all manage/suffer through some life experiences and problems. We don't murder the elderly because
of it.

this is totally f***ed up shit....my best friend lived two house down from the elderly guy, i am so glad nutin happend to my friend i mean seriosly, what the f*** is wrong with the prosacuters in this case are they just as dumb as hpd......
