I have never been so sick to hear that someone could take a friend and MURDER him in N. Haverhill
we need to ban together and make sure they pay for what they have done.

WTF is happening in our community? When are we going to stop turning our heads to the trash that drags us down through fear tactics and random acts of violence? We all know who the perpetrators are, the ones who steal from our properties, intimidate and run havoc within our neighborhood. I hate to say it people as I am not talking at you but speak to you in hopes you'll listen, in reality many of you know where the problem lies and from whom it spawns but won't speak out. Now that you see the price paid by the loss of a young life and the tears of a shattered parents heart, there in lies the promise of more to come... are you ready for another useless tragedy? Are you ready to receive that call about your child? I would say that no, you are not, and no one should be.

The answer lies within.. wanting revenge or wishing to cast blame is healing for a moment though in the end delivers no real remedy, just like a band aid on a gaping wound, the gesture is nothing more than just that.. this is our future people, believe it. The time to stop this is now.

Cancer never "goes away", time is never forgiving and fear mongering malcontents never know the meaning of boundaries until you show them without question, clarity and decisive certainty.

This brand of dysfunctional unrest has no place in my back yard, in my neighbors yard or down the street from my home. If we learn to speak out, we may save a life, maybe even our own.

I need you all to know that Chris was an individual with disabilities and was the sweetest kindest most loving person I have met. I have known Chris for many years and have seen people take advantage of him time and time again. This is another one of those situations. He had learned how to compensate for the areas he fell short in. These people that are involved, need to take some time to reflect on their actions and the impact it has and will have on so many people. Not only the family and friends of Chris but their own family and friends. These kids are barely old enough to make their own decisions yet the choices they have made have ruined their lives and many others. We all need to pull these generations back together again, we can not allow this generation to run ramped. Parents need to take control of their children and if you know something about what someone is doing or about to do or has done, you need to speak up. For you will be the one who has to live with the thoughts in your mind for the rest of your life. Bring peace to your self and your family and do the right thing. Remember the face that is looking back at you in the mirror, put your self in every situation and do what you would want to have done for you. Treat people with the respect they deserve even if you don't know them, smile at someone and say hi. Understand that every person in every town, city, country are dealing with their own personal situations. Be kind when you see someone who looks like they may need a hand or just a kind word. Let Chris's legacy and reputation for being there for everyone live on. Lets learn something from this horrific situation and try to make some good come out of this very difficult and tragic time. Lets not just move on lets all finally say wow this is just way to close to home. Protect your own family, not with distrust of others but with kindness to all.

Chris was one of the sweetest people you could have ever known! I have been working with individuals who have disabilities for a while and have never met someone that was so determined to overcome obstacles he faced as Chris, he never let anything get him down for too long. When people say he would do anything for anyone that is exactly what he would do. It wouldn't matter if he was already doing something else or even if he didn't want to, he would because he had a HUGE heart! If you needed someone to listen to you he was always there! I hope that anyone involved in this incident hurts just as bad as he did. They took a truly amazing person from this world, who most likely would have done anything he could to protect them if they were in trouble or needed it. They have to live with this for the rest of their lives and I hope it haunts them every waking moment.

This honestly disgusts me. How could you do that to someone that had there whole life ahead of them. Parents to start watching there kids. Know what there doing, where they are. The kids that did this need to live with it for the rest of there lives, it's going to haunt them and im my opinion..thats not enough. Think about chris's family and friends and what there going through. think about what was going through his mind while this was happeneing. Noone deserves that. Is this what this generation is coming too? if you get mad at someone you can just go out and kill them, or if you dont agree with someone or dont like the person..it's okay? It's not something that goes away, his life was taken...for what? He had alot to give to this world and it makes me sick!

It's time to take a step back and look at what is happening to this world. Nothing will ever make this okay. Im sorry to be harsh but i do not feel one ounce of remorse for the kids that have done this. They deserve everything they get and more. If your going to do the crime your going to take responsibility for what you did. YOU did it, and it's not something you can take back. you two boys ruined your life and took another. You disgust me and i will never feel sorry for you. I dont care if people say the kids involved were "good kids" they did something horrible. People need to be able to walk out of there houses without fear of whats going to happen. Everyone needs to take a long hard look at whats happened and rise up and do something about it.
RIP Chris

The fact that Chris had disablities has absolutely nothing to do with this. That item is just being used to try anD justify actions that were played out against Chris. That fact shouldn't have been mentioned because it doesn't matter. The fact of the matter is that a incredible individual was killed over some petty bull-hit by people who don't deserve to live themselves. Anyone that can kill another individual or be part of a killing has some serious problems and those are the people whose phycis' should be examined.

Your right...Chris's disability is not why these kids did what they did..they are such a group of scum bags themselves that they would have done this regardless of his disability but, from someone that knows Chris very well I will say that Chris did not pick up on some of the cues that you or I may have to warn us that leaving with these kids could have been potentially dangerous. In this case fatal....

It is amazing how all of the articles now make it a point to say that Chris had a disability. Him having a disability has nothing to do with anything. Why are they even bringing this up? It wouldn't have mattered what happened no one deserves something just because they have a disability and it doesn't need to be publicized. I knew all three of the people involved and it makes me sick to think that a grandmother can say that an adult involved in the MURDER of an innocent person is a good kid just easily led astray, what kind of crap is that? Each person is an individual and has a conscience no one can make you be a part of something you don't want to be involved with. I guess I just feel that some people need to face the facts that when you are involved in a horrible situation like this you had the opportunity to make a choice to be involved or not involved, choosing to be part of it does not make a you a good kid! It makes you a horrible person!

I knew Chris since the time he was born, as I moved to Bradford at that time and took a job working with his father, Micky.
About 7 or 8 years later Mick helped me rebuild my barn, and every day after work he and Chris came over. Chris helped as much as he could considering he was just 8 years old, and was always a pleasure to have around. A few years later when I moved from Bradford his father bought my house from me. The last time I saw Chris was 3 years ago when I stopped by when I was driving home from Mass and I was impressed by the way Chris had grown up and I had no doubt that he had overcome anything that had stood in his way and had a great life ahead of him...and now this!
Nobody deserves to die like this and I hope that his murderers get the maximum sentence possible. how the grandmother of one can claim that he was a good kid that was influenced by his friends is beyond belief,(I know that everyone is inocent untill proven guilty, but as far as I can see from the little bit that has been written about this in the papers in my area, there is no question who did this, just nobody knows why) For someone to grow to adulthood and not know that it's wrong to stab someone to death or to help to cover up the crime shows that something was sadly lacking in his upbringing.

I was apauled when I heard that Anthony Howe will get basically a slap on the hand. I feel he should get just as mucyh as Timothy Smith. He may not have had no part in the stabbing but he knew what was going on and what was happening. He even helped get rid of eveidence and the body. To me he's just as guilty in me book. What make's people do this kind of stuff. Thiss is stuff you hear of happening in the big citie's and stuff not here. My heart goe's out to the deceased and the muderer's families. May god punish them for what they did.

Justice will be surved and Amber will rot in a jail cell too just like she diserves. Everyone knew she had something to do with it. I have heard more about this alleged insident and what Amber asked Tim to do. It will all come out and when it does they will all pay. Justice will be served, but that still doesn't make up for the fact that the world lost a great individual and 100's have to suffer for the selfish acts of 3 or more animals.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Scorpio

Be careful how you handle a certain someone today because their mood is little short of incendiary. They'll jump down your throat if you dare to disagree with them, and then accuse you of being a wimp if you decide that it would be better to agree with everything they say. You can't win! If they really get on your wick, you'll have to give them a piece of your mind, even if it is supposed to be the season of goodwill to all men. Huh!
