I am curious why it took so long for this indictment and why the court documents were sealed and extentions granted here. I read in the paper there were more people in Powell's home on that night if thats right why aren't the other criminals being indicted also or is the couple lying about that to? Well if he does Jail Time for this murder we can all sleep better knowing that is one less murderer thats off the streets if Indelicato is infact the murderer!

why did it take so long to indict? because it took FIVE, yes thats right, they had to go through FIVE different grand juries in order to find one that would indict.

I want to say that Cary was a good friend of mine and regardless of what people may claim, Cary was a very kind soul. I hate to say that I am fully convinced he did such a thing, but am being forced by his plea. I am very loyal to him and always will be. He is my friend and he will always be my friend and unless you know someone with problems then you have no place in this

Regarding Indelicatos Daughter: Your crazy your father strangled someones grandfather and you and your mother tried to cover it up. All of you need to be institutionalized.
