growing up in Warren was a wonderful experience and provided me with a solid base of knowledge and focus. Anyone else feel the same?

I am moving to Warren, Arkansas. What are the social things to do? Is there an indoor pool somewhere. I am working out in pools for non-weight bearing exercising. I presently live in Alabama. Have been to Warren. It seems depressing.

Unless you like to hunt what is there to do in Warren? I can't understand those that think this is a great place to live. How many young people come back after college? Tell me what i am missing?

Has anybody been following the story of little Caylee Anthony on the news? Some people won't believe anything as far as that baby being dead and that her own Mama killed her. All the evidence points to Casey Anthony but I have this feeling that Caseys' Mom was possibly involved in it too? It makes me so mad to hear about people who take no thought to a precious life like Caylee Anthonys'. What do yall think about this situation?

I have lived in Warren for 17 years. Before that I lived in Monticello. Anywhere can be depressing if your not happy where you are. You just have to find things to do like in Warren I know there isn't alot to do but we have the County Park that has been cleaned up. They have a tennis court, playground equipment for the children, pavillions for those who would like to have family reunions or birthday partys'. Really, to me anywhere can be depressing if your not happy with what's going on around you! Try and find the positive and not look so much at the negative. I know Warren doesn't have alot but hey we really have some pretty nice antique stores on Main Street. Me and my husband have been in a couple of them. Its fun to see things you remember seeing from when you were growing up. Well I guess this is all I have to say! Oh and don't we do have 3 young men who went to the Razorbacks right out of high school. You just have to find something that you like to do. I've lived in a "Big City" before and believe me smaller towns have their postives and negatives just like anywhere else. Just have to find the good in the "small town" like Warren.

I've lived in Warren for 17 years. There is alot of history here. I've looked some things up at the library and on the internet. Its really interesting to see what Warren was like a long time ago. I've seen pictures of what Main Street used to look like and lots of other interesting things. I wasn't born in Warren but this is where my husband lived when I met him. Warren to me does hold some good memories for me even though I'm not from here originally.

Why don't you move back? Life is too short not to enjoy what you love best!

I was born in Warren many years ago.I go back from time to time just to see if anyone still lives there that I knew. All my family is almost gone as I have an uncle and a aunt.I served in the Air Force for eight years.I was discharged in Oklahoma and moved to Dallas,Tx where I lived for a few years then moved to Mesquite,Tx outside of Dallas where I have lived for 36 years.I had some tough times living in Arkansas and just cant get passed them. When I lived there the population was over ten thousand now it is down to a few hundred.I could never understand why they put a bypass to Monticello.Looks like the dont want the business of people traveling thru Warren, but want it to go to Monticello which it does.

It is depressing, I have lived here all my life, 40 years, think twice about this move. This town is dying more and more everyday, nothing to do, and the cops here are terrible, crime rate is increasing by the day. They do nothing. You are pretty much on your own. This town did have it's good points at one time, but by them not letting new business come in, they killed it! Good luck to you, and may I suggest Monticello, AR, just 18 miles from Warren, but a world of difference! Good Luck!!

Absolutely Phillip. We got an outstanding education in Warren. I was one of your classmates and my name was Suzanne Weiss then but I go by Sam Hoffer now. How are you?

Daily Horoscope for November 30

Cancer

The nurturing Moon continues to move through your eleventh house of friends and associates, possibly bringing a mentor into your life. There is always much wisdom that can be gained by observing the lives of others; you can avoid certain mistakes by watching them made by others. In this case, you may be faced with financial or sexual issues as Jupiter shakes things up in your eighth house of sex, money, and power... if the stakes are high, you need to think twice.
