Did anybody think to check for drugs or alcohol on the forklift driver? Seems to me that if he didn't see Eric when he squashed him to death, than he didn't even see the truck he pinned Eric between. He should have to answer to these questions rather than just given a pass. He did take a life. Eric was a large man and not to even see him or the truck he was pinned between is not a good answer. Accidents do happen, but when driveing a vehicle or machinery you have to be responsible.
