why not let the guy serve as constable (with dui). we have a magistrate that picks up ladies of the night so how could people be upset in this case. The election of this plum fellow will open a can of worms. How could he sentence people to a harsher term than what he was handed?

The majority of those guys won't work. The one guy said it himself, I'm disabled, well o.k., but I guess not to disabled to fight someone you may have to arrest or put in jail.
