Who do you support for the Auditor and Inspector race ?

As someone who knows were the auditors office was and were mr burrage is taking it, it's an easy choice to vote for him. Also if nothing else he's not a career politician like the other guy and we know we've had enough of them already

Gary Jones has earned this office. He played a significant roll in exposing the Gene Stipe scandal, throwing McMahon in jail and kicking A.C.O.R.N. out of Oklahoma City.

But is he qualified, just because your a CPA doesn't mean you know auditing standards. If my tooth hurts I don't go to an eye doctor. It's important to understand this because the state reilies significantly on federal finds. So in return you need someone who understands auditing standards for both financial and federal audits. Call a CPA that isn't in the business of preparing taxes and see if they are an expert in preparing tax reruns, they'll tell you they don't do taxes. So why would you vote for someone who has never done an Audit under auditing standards? That's why my vote is for Burrage.

Jones is not only a CPA but is also a certified fraud examiner.

And Gary won't do an audit and then not release it and cause the state to eat $30,000-$40,000 dollars on it either like Burrage did on that Broken Arrow audit. Burrage is an embarrassment to the entire state.

Jeff mcmahan was a cfe. Mr burrage is Is also a sucessfil business man but with a little higher standard forthat claim. You know one who can pay both his taxes and his employees. The audit of broken arrow is what a professional does knowing your going to take a political hit and still not releasing an audit tainted by an auditor is the right thing to do. For example look at the casa audit or skiatook or butner or marble city be lose their livelyhoods reputations and could go to prison over these audits why issue one and hurt people if there is a chance the audit could be flawed. But I also undertand like jones you've never done an audit either.

Best MAN for the job!

How is he the best man, I don't know how someone who's done nothin but politic for atleast the last six years is quailified when the auditing standards are constantly changing. We all say government should oporate like business. The auditors office is now doing that and is no longer an office used for political gain. I would think everyone would appreciate that.

Jones is a real american who had the guts to go after the democrats Corruption in this state.

Corruption draws no party lines and that's why you shouldn't have some one who is so involved in politics . There are standards to be followed and no where in the standards does it address dem or rep. Vote Burrage he has a proven record of not taking into account weither the official has a d or an r after there name.

Again apparently you didnt read the work on broken arrow was performed by an auditor who let there independece be corrupted and again these type of audits can destroy peoples reputations, livelyhoods, and can get them put in jail.
