I think banning the use of hand held cell phones would be good as we were almost ran into on Tuttle Creek by an older woman trying to dial or answer her cell phone. We honked at her but she was oblivious to what we were trying to tell her.

Good luck enforcing that law. The govenor of California can't even keep his own wife from breaking their own cell law!

I am 100% opposed to this ! So it is okay for the cops to pull me over if I am eating? That is the point the distraction from driving right?

Keep big brother out of my car !
