People don't care how well Ezra will do. They want a good looking people pleaser in there telling people what they wanna hear and making folks happy rather than someone that'll actually do their job. Ezra causes people to drive the speed limit in Sedgwick and people hate him for it

Ezra is crooked and prejudice I know for a fact!! He dnt like sport cars and will pull u over in them and say u were speeding when u were not.

I don't know if ole Barney is the answer, but I will agree it's time to do away with the "good ole boy" click! Not only in the sheriffs office but at every level in our county and the city of Walnut Ridge.

He is only hated for doing his job by those who broke the law. Which is exactly the reason so many of our officials get re-elected..they don't uphold the laws and piss people off. They worry more about making the wrong citizens happy instead of doing their job the way it is supposed to be done! Small town politics is just a high school popularity contest for adults. Ezra will die in about a year or two. hes old as jesus christ and should have retired ten years ago. If you vote for Ezra that shows you have no education or your kin to his old ass!!!

Maybe a change would be good, dotson started off strong but like everyone before him, he has petered out...............I will take a chance on Ezra

This is so rude and uncalled for. How could you say something some mean?!?! I like Ezra and think he does a fine job for our community. However, I would not vote for him as sheriff because I feel that it is out of his league.

Ezra is a good guy, always ready to accomodate. He takes his cop work seriously. You may not want him for Sheriff but this does not make him a bad person. He has helped Sedgwick a lot and has kept down a lot of wrecks. He does not maintain a speed trap. You have got to be flying through there for him to stop you. Don't be offended by him checking your speed, most of us need it.

First thing that needs to happen is all these COUNTY EMPLOYEES need to provide their own transportation to and from work like the rest of the world!

I see deputies driving these cars all over the place while they are not working, THATS MY TAX MONEY PAYING FOR THE FUEL THEY ARE WASTING

That's one of their bonuses to make up for lack of pay..

Yes it is now he has an older police car now. They need too outlaw that gun he has!! It's way too dangerous!! The things an antique and half the size of him!!

What's funny is he can outshoot any deputy or officer in Lawrence county. I saw it first hand. Regardless of how the pistol looks or how old it is, he's accurate with it

He has my vote. He isn't good looking. He isn't a power tripper. He knows the law. He will make his deputies work and he will do the job right which is what we are missing now
