Fairfield woman accused of killing twins arraigned

When a parent feels such rage to want to kill her children she should run out the front door and leave the kids alone and ask someone, somewhere, to call 911. But of course this would take a cool head, which the crazy mother does not have in the first place.

Parents who are not coping well and are going nuts should get help from social services ahead of killing their kids. This young woman looks like the devil.

I hope this woman gets the death penalty. How cruel to have your own Mother Kill you in such a gross and cruel way. I don't care what her mental state was or is.....she needs to be punished and not put in a mental hospital where she gets treated good and then released to have and kill more kids.

What a sick which. I hope she suffers......forever!!

I have an almost 3 year old daughter and I can't even imagine.......they know so much at that age. And they are so defenseless. No excuse!!!!

You actually believe there is such a thing as social services anymore? Only those that don't need them think that these services are still available. Remember Dixon Girl, don't assume, I know that when VPD updated the list of services 80% were not in service anymore.

This is such a sad story, and although I don't believe that this woman, or any other person, should have done this to her own children; no one has the right to judge her. I'm sure she was depressed and was stuck between a rock and hard place. Depression is not something someone should take lightly. You all are saying death penalty, but you don't know how depression can affect someone until it happens to you. And to whoever said "This young womand looks like the devil" well depression is like the devil!

Oh and we can all thank Arnold for cutting back on social services and daycare!

You must be suffering from depression to write such garbage.

The problem occurred 3 years and 9 months ago.

Put the sick animal down. You would for any other animal.

The poor thing does NOT look mentally competent.

You have no concept of what's out there for social services for those who need it.

A relative of mine works for Solano County Crisis which is available 24/7. They probably handle a minimum 20-30 clients a day either by going out to the hospitals and assessing if someone is of a harm to themselves or someone else, holding patients on a 5150, or taking dozens of phone calls from clients, hospitals, police, etc...with a minimum of staff thanks to budget cuts.

The county staff or social services can't do anything to help if they have no idea someone is in need.

Regardless of whether there are social services for crazy parents, such a person can call the PD and say they are going to kill their kids and the police will arrive and deal with it. But hey, she WANTED to kill her kids, so that's another story. Yes, execution would do her a favor.

I wish that the guilty were executed immediately after the trial. If found guilty, sentencing should be THEN and if execution is included, then there should be a gallows in the court house. Period. The end.

WTF?! I dont care if she suffers from mental health problems or not. Forget the death penalty. She deserves to rot in prison for the rest of her life and relive daily what she did to her precious babies!

So what if she was depressed! What kind of person takes a samurai sword and stabs her own children to death?! I agree with you AMOM that was very sick and cruel. It is soooo disturbing.

I posted on another thread this: There are differences between clinical depression and insanity. There are many personality disorders.
And then there is evil.
To my knowledge there has never been an on-the-books diagnosis for evil. So she can't plea "Not guilty by reason of evilness."
Sad, depressed people do NOT kill their children!
