Snuggie Blanket - overcharges & Not Returning $$$

Snuggie™ Blanket TV Add & Internet order or by phone is not trust worthy cause:
they ask for only $19.99 for one blanket & the 2nd one free..but
1. they take 4 months to deliver
2. they send you a card before delivering for cancellation but pay no attention to their own office card when you do cancel.
They deliver a huge package
and they take out $119.00 instead of only $19.00.
then on top of all these, they won't give your full money back & they never respond to your phone calls, written letters, nor emails.
it has been a year since I ordered & want to find the DA in the city. I live in CA & need information pls. please answer me on the same page here. I keep checking. Thank you.
