By definition, the Gaming Control Board is treating every Pennsylvania taxpayer and every casino customer (or, gambler) as a MARK.

The best strategy to avoid being their MARK is to:
1 - avoid the casinos, and
2 - avoid the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

I wish it were more encouraging.

Hey don't get excited over a measley 30,000. The big money will be here soon from Barrack. Then we can be assured that we will be on our way to normalcy. Obama is going to save the day by giving us all plenty of whatever we need. He is already going to give us 13.00 extra a week. This may not add up to 30,000 yet but by the end of his 1st term we will all be rich. Soon we will all be going to places and wasting money like the politicians. I can't wait, see ya at the bar.

Coy and some of these politicians have been living off the taxpayers for so long, they now feel we should feel privileged they serve us the public, ha, ha! Next, Rendell will be getting the Liquor Stores privitized and these clowns will be the first in line to purchase one.

Have you seen the hotel that these people stayed at? Here is the web address for the posh, opulant, sleeping facilities that were necessary for their "education":
www.romecavalieri.it
Have you ever seen a school like that?
