I would like to get my hands on this person who shook this adorable little girl till her little body couldn't stand anymore. He should be beaten till nearly every bone is broken in his body, set on fire till he sustains 3rd degrees burns, then after he stops smoking pour alcohol on him and let the buzzards and fire ants feed on him. Son of a Bitch. He has taken a little baby's life and that can not be replaced.

I think the mother should be charged too. Sounds like this little child had a LOT of so called accidents huh? I would think the mother would have to have seen his behavior toward her. And not have let this happen.

i know prsonaly that she didnt i was around them dailey and there was NO signs of abuse he was good to her treated her well around friends and family ashley is not to blame she is a victim the man had to have split personialties god bless u erin i love u and ashley i love u sweetie and will pray for you

yeah right, you are more than likely related to this monster or a good friend of his. Possibly the one who got kicked out of the funeral home for showing his ass?

Hate to bust your bubble but I don't know either of them. I just read the paper! It said she had been having so called accidents! Then in last nights paper it said she was keeping the father away from his daughter(but I bet she cashed them support checks) and also I dont know the father either or any of them. Just sounds like abuse to me and Im sure alot of others!

bad, bad, bad. I feel like their HAD to be signs..then I feel like so what if he was behind on his support..why does that even matter, whey is that even brought up in the paper..she wouldn't let the dad see the child yet she allowed the boyfriend to keep her? The baby was airlifted by 8:30 am..the mother showed up at work at 7am..he wasn't with the poor baby an hour?! Your telling me this was the forst time he showed hatred or anger towards the girl? here is what happened..she gets with this guy and she lets him make all the rules, and doesn't allow the real dad around anymore..who lets their boyfriend take their baby out of town for the weekend? Just so teh real dad can't see her? Who does that? Why would you let your child go out of town for teh weekend and not want them home? Over something sooo silly? The mother is immature and failed her daugher..you don't get with someone and let them make the calls on your child..poor Erin suffered because of all the childish acts on both parties. I wish time could rewind and that day could be erased..if someone..anyone could have been watching her but him...the mother kept her from her real dad and the fact is if she hadn't Erin would have never been hurt because she would have been safe with her father..why do people see children as property? Erin is gone..she was here one day and gone the next over something I feel could have been prevented. This is devastating. Wake up people! When you get a new boyfriend or Girlfriend they do not love your kids! You cannot trust anyone these days..never put your guard down..this is what happens when you choose to trust someone you have known for just a few months! Erin will always be remembered..I will never forget this story..she was way to precious and didn't deserve all this that happened..I hope the good that comes out of this is that it teaches young mothers and fathers not to trust so much..and if you suspect abuse report it! Children need a voice..they are innocent and defensless!

NO EXCUSE for this guy, SOB should be beaten and then spend the rest of life in a cell looking at the little girls pictures.

The father was behind in child support and chose not to pursue visitation for a year and a half? Sounds like he had more important things like knocking up his new girlfriend with another child he can't support.

They got kicked out twice, including the father after Erin was buried. They came back to the church and started taking all the flowers that had been sent rather then sitting down with the mother to go through them. It was SICK!

Put them both in Jail and fry the one bastard.

whay is there so much hell being brought on by how bad the funeral was and how it was so dis-respectful to the poor baby? I feel very terrible about this, still. She should be here today..she should be seeing her 2nd Christmas..I feel like she was failed by everyone around her! Everyone that was taking care of her was a child! A bunch of immature children! God bless this poor little girl..

Not true..it sounds like he had verbal agreement to see her and he was seeing her up until she got with this looser..keep placing the blame..in the end the mother should have seen signs..but she was too busy AS WELL getting pregnant again..and having another baby..she was all wrapped up in being with someone and having his baby, ignoring that he was hurting Erin behind her back all the time..why would you spend weekends away from your child just to stop teh child's father from seeing them..its like it was a big game..he shouldn't of had to pursue visitation..a child is not property. If he was behind in support..then the mother was behind (so to speak) in him seeing his daughter.

Put one loser in the POKEY if he did not pay child support and the other in THE CHAIR!(ELECTRIC CHAIR) that is.
