POS my insurance dropped when I moved to Charles County. Rates are based on YOUR driving habits, then they look at the stolen car rate for your vehicle to come up with a rate in their favor. PG Co has higher crime then Charles Co.

PG Co does have a higher crime rate...so far..they are all moving to Waldorf now. I wouldn't encourage anyone to move to Waldorf...can't even think of words that would be acceptable to describe the place. It should sink back into the slimy swamp it once was...it is still slimy...just drier. I jump at any opportunity to escape whenever I can, and when I have to be there I rarely leave the house...too much evil there. It is nasty, overgrown, and over populated.

Can't realy argue with you on anything except ,...Waldorf was never swampy..........it was ...almost all farm land

Thomas Paine wrote: Waldorf used to be a nice place to live and shop. Now it is turning into a southern PG County. The crime is going up. Strong arm robbery is up. Armed robbery is up. Shoot a few weeks back there was a bank robbery right by Red Robin. I was near by returning a T-Mobile phone. Go to the Theater after 7:00PM and you feel like you need a body guard. In the last month I have been assualted twice, once on a Metro Bus (actually in PG County) and once in the theater parking lot. Neither one I reported because what would the Police(P.G. County) or Sheriff (Charles County) do anyway other than take a report. I don't feel safe anymore so the first chance I am moving. I find this incredible' You must exude a weak position that says harm me maybe a martial arts course or a psychology body language coach How is the rest of your life Do you get walked on alot maybe counseling this could explode on innocent people. good luck

Waldorf is not that bad. Infact people are friendly, food is good and it's easy to get to work in DC. Bay and river are easy to get to, and overall living is good.
