Rhode Island could learn some lessons from Hawaii where
private beaches are not allowed. Hawaii beaches are publicly
owned and private beachfront landowners must provide public access pathways to the beaches. I just visited R.I.
and found fenced off private beaches very annoying.
Beaches are national treasures that should be open to
everyone, not just a select few.

Daily Horoscope for December 17

Leo

If you're going to a festive party or gathering today you'll have a great time. It will be good to see some old faces and nice to meet some new ones. Don't be shy about breaking the ice if you spot someone you'd like to know better, as with Mars in your sign dancing with Venus in fiery Sagittarius, bells will ring and fires light up. Get the last of those Christmas cards out of the way now, so they're not on your conscience.
