i personally know Mr Deguiar, and what Mr Teo is saying is correct with regard to his character & drug usage. It is unfortunate though that the defense will go as far as covering the truth with conjecture & counter measures that only cause doubt. Based on both parties criminal history, & the nature of the crime they are both guilty in one form or another. But a mans life was taken. For what ever reason this has been brought to light, the issue is what does the evidence(hard not circumstancial)point to? Mr Deguiar has done this in the past in 2002.At that time, he again had "friends" who used drugs with him & helped him.The only difference then was he went around talking spreading then word he was going to do it & when it was done thought he got away with it because people were afraid. The truth always comes out.
