Those are really interesting articles. I hope they all spend lots of time behind bars. If you ask me, they should have put Jennifer in jail as soon as that fake will came out. I feel sorry for that poor old mans family as well as Dukes little ones. I hope they have someone with better morals to follow.

What on earth are you trying to say? Your "sentences" are grammatically incorrect and don't make any sense whatsoever.

I am really sad to see Grandma from Illinois writing this and trying to defame a person's character. Unless you truly know a person, you should not slander their character whatsoever! I know both Jennifer Bainum and her daughter Leona Lesseos. Both of them have a heart of gold. First of all, Jennifer and Duke have two sweet little boys. If you are close to the family, you would know that Jennifer's heart was broken when Duke pasted away. She couldn't eat or sleep for days on end. If you know Jennifer like I do, you would have never said the hatefull things that you have written. As for her daughter, she was caught up with some very shady characters when she was young. If you know anything about the case, she never did anytime whatsoever. The case happened when she went off and went to college in LA. Leona finished school at a state institution. She was brought into the case from an ex- boyfriend. She did not associate with her ex- boyfriend when she went to college. Sometimes in life, things happen to oneself because of being at the "wrong place at the wrong time..." It does happen and one can't prevent it. I hope God shines his grace on you and you find peace within your heart. How do you wish ill of someone and wish that they do jail time if you don't even know them! In this great country of ours, you are INNOCENT until proven guilty. Even if you are guilty, you do get 2nd chances! Look into your heart and think of the positive in a person(s). Please don't spread hate and hersy on the internet. It is so easy for someone to past judgement on another and spread rumors about another on the internet. If you don't know the whole story and only know bits and pieces, keep it to yourself until you know the truth because you can really negatively affect someone's life!! God Bless!

You think yourself above reproach hiding behind your pseudonym CONCERNED GRANDMA but you're a wicked person. If you were such a concerned elder, you'd know that creepy threads like this are hurtful, especially to the young children of such respected public leader like Duke Bainum. It's so easy to hide behind the banner of Topix to spread malicious rumor and vitriol against a family who has recently lost a loved one. There's a limit to such cruelty even on the internet. And if Tagaloa doesn't get you, karma will.

Alice: To set the record straight, your comment of Jennifer "...Men seem to die around her...scary lady..." is totally uncalled for. If your read the story that was posted, she was the care-taker to someone who was in his mid 80's. Secondly, her husband Duke had an abrupt aneurism. How do you put that on Jennifer? God works in mysterious ways and when our time is up, only God knows and has reason for it. Don't put that on a sweet woman like Jennifer! I am taking my time to post on this site because I don't want anyone's reputation to be defamed at all! Jennifer and her children are all really sweet folks. Yes, they have had problems, but what family doesn't. As Jesus once said,"...let those without sin cast the first stone..." We have all made mistakes, but we are all working to attain forgiveness from our God! Don't misjudge anyone until you know the whole Truth!

If Jennifer can make things pono with the Murasaki family, then perhaps some people's opinion of her will change. Where IS the money?

For the single supporter of Ms Toma-Bainum, how do you justify what happened to Mr. Murasaki and his assets? Where exactly is the money? Defamation of character?! What character?! We all know that Mr. Murasaki was the victim. When I was growing up, my grandmother always told me that if I do bad things, I will get bachi. Well, I guess bachi did come back to this woman.
