How many out there care about reading Joe Balls daily life personal news? He believes that you readers of Topixs a discussion forum on important issues would rather read his daily life history and loves to posts his facebook daily episodes. Should we let him change the topix thread because we so LOVE reading about his personal views and his daily life events? Please posts a FOR or AGAINST Joe Balls to send him a message of what you think.

Actually, they are interesting.......
down to earth stories of everyday life on Oahu.

Helpful to other homeowners, for instance his experiences with solar and gardening.

They are usually on the Real Estate forum so are right on subject.

After reading other posts on here, his are welcome and appreciated.

AND he is not my neighbor, have never met him and have no plan to meet him behind his wife's back.

If Joe Balls humongous local wife reads your comment I think your okole is as good as gone hon. You and Balls have been posting messages to each other on the Honolulu forum and using it as a facebook website and we finally we know why.

If only Joe Balls could make lasting friendships he wouldn't be so desperate to make what few friends he has now has on this forum. It is clear that these unknown so called friends are using him for his idiotic racist stupid comments for which they hesitate to posts as he does. When you have a defective personality it is not easy to make friends unless you have the same racist agendas as (pua)Lolo,Guru, and Infidel. This is why he has to posts on this forum about his lonely sordid daily life he has no friends.

Get Real!

gardening-----attention hoe

solar----- he is so fat he has a placard so he can park in the handicap parking spaces; it is too expensive without solar to cool his flabby obese body

jb can't run his poo on actual forums that is why he spins his stories here
Do to the current Topix rules it's anything goes here and jb is king of the wayward slobs.

I weighed myself just yesterday at a garage sale that was selling a scale. I'm 220 lbs. and 6' tall, the same as I was the day I left the military, something I bet you only dream of. I also think the majority of my "fans" are small and pudgy just by the way yous talk.

I WISH I had a handicap placard but you have to be connected to get one.
OH, I'm STILL waiting for any of you to show I've lied on this forum, yet you lie with every post.

That reminds me. I had this house appraised yesterday and don't think it went well. What I want to see is how much the solar should add or if they even noticed it. They'll take a week to get me the results so until then I'm stuck. I wanted a high appraisal because I want to take out a lot of cash, but they took pictures of stuff I didn't want them to take pictures of, stuff that might bring it down. When I called them they said, "We're not interested in the yard," and I jokingly said I wasn't either. LOL, Surprise me all to hell! They took pictures of an area I am grading, a sixty-year-old tractor awaiting repair, an old chickenhouse that is being demolished, a truck that doesn't even belong to me, even a huge manure pile I dumped just this past weekend and haven't spread yet. Oh well, I just hope she's a country girl and her report reflects it. Either that or the bankster has a sense of humor. I just didn't want to deal with a local bank but this time it may backfire.

The foreclosures I know about were from refi's:

Here's Suzy Orman's rules for refinancing.
Very helpful although from 2008.

Do you really think we care about what you have done to your home and yard Balls? You have created a dangerous JUNKYARD then you want to sell or borrow money from a financial lending company hahahahaha yea sure. They take pictures of what a cesspool you have created and you dislike that well tough shyt bub that is what you got a craphole of manure. Maybe the neighbor you were stealing water from has spread the word on what a theif you are and your ashamed of yourself but I doubt it.

You're under a lot of pressure today, which makes you rather tetchy and tense. Even so, you should try to channel your nervous energy in constructive directions because then you'll achieve a tremendous amount. If you'll be seeing someone you fancy from afar, there will be plenty of sparks flying between you. But what do they mean?
