JLEEB-
Hopefully you weren't creating and developing the teleprompter notes or note cards for the story. I really have no clue what you said in your first paragraph.

B.P. was well known for selling horrible quality gasoline in the late 70's. They never cleaned up their act, and still sell watered down gasoline today. Cant say I have ever had to rebuild an engine because of them, but I have had to drain the fuel system several times and totally clean it out from dirty watered down gas. I finally quit going to any station that has any thing to do with B.P.
Have never had fuel issues since. Even with the gas and alcohol mixture Mobil sells now days. Speaks to the lack of quality from the top of B.P. to the complete bottom of the company

Could be a local station problem. An an independent dealer, it is part of our job to keep our tanks cleaned out, or have them cleaned out. Makes me wonder if the owner of the station ever did his scheduled cleaning. Those underground tanks are supposed to be cleaned out regularly. We are never supposed to wait longer than 24 months for this scheduled maintenance Looks like that station is not cleaning there tanks. What is displayed in the picture, looks to me like the sludge that would have come from the bottom of one of those underground tanks. My opinion and thought.

You, whoever you are, are a total moron.

I work for a station that sells BP gas. Out of habit, principle, whatever you want to call it, I use 90% BP gas. I'll go to Pilot and Sunoco when it's cheaper, but if I have a choice, I'll choose BP.

I own a 1991 Oldsmobile 98 with the L27 3800 3.8L V6 - 164,000 miles
I own a 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix with the L82 3100 3.1L V6 - 188,000 miles
I own a 1995 Land Rover Discovery with the 3.9L V8 out of a 1990 Range Rover - 100,000 miles
I own a 1999 Jeep Cherokee with Chryslers reliable 4.0L Inline-6 - 194,000 miles

Not a single one of my vehicles has a problem on BP gasoline. I've had stalling and misfiring issues out of Shell Gasoline. I got water in some Pilot gasoline. I don't like Mobil, although I will use their motor oil. Sunoco, and BP are the two fuels that my cars run the most consistently on. I get the best mileage out of BP fuel, and the most power out of Sunoco fuel.

Your crazy and misinformed theories are completely nuts.

Jimmy Hoffa, so everyone is crazy, a moron or nuts. For someone who works at a gas station you sure are super smart to be able to figure us all out.

If you are so smart will you tell us how many pipe lines bring gas into Columbus.

I think its only one but I'm probbly a moron too.

I saw something on TV about someone who did this years ago. If you run out of oil can you use diesel?

I would think the restaurants would give the oil to you for free, do they?

Do you have enough power to run on the highway, or do you just putter around town?

In the winter time do you have a problem with the oil jelling up?

Why aren't we told the business that sells the poor quality gas? We deserve to know if our cars are at risk!

Don't insult me for working in a gas station dick...er..Rick. For someone who works in a gas station, it would seem that my grammar, spelling, and punctuation are better than yours pal.

As for pipe lines bringing gasoline into Columbus, I do not have that information. As far as I knew, it's all trucked in. But then again, I'm just a retard working in a gas station, so what to I know? But I can say this: at least I have a job dipsh!t.
