It has been my experience, in the last 10 years I have been in this small town, that if you are not part of the in club, you will not get much information about anything pertinent. Ever heard of the Blue Code of Silence? Well, it is alive and well in many aspects of law enforcement here in Reno and Sparks. Sad to say, but true still.

I get that we all have our rights to privacy, but we also have a right to know what is happening in our backyard. What we don't know can kill us.

I wonder who the children are or were that David Burgess had so many hundreds of pictures of while the children were being assulted? Is it David Burgess who is doing this or is it a organized crime ring dealing with Children and the Black Market? I wonder if any of the children David had pictures of are missing children and if the children are still alive. I worked at the OLD BRIDGE RANCH and theyre were Rumors that Dave Burgess bought and sold children on the Black Market for snuf films and ritual sacrifice. I hope the police are checking into this.

Shame on you for ever writing such an awful remark about David!!! I understand that you have worked at Old Bridge in the past, what it sounds like to me, is you are a disgruntaled employee, maybe you just didn't have what it takes to be employed there. To go as far as to say you have heard rumors that David was selling children on black market makes me want to puke!!! I've known this man for many years, and he is not what you try to make him out to be. How about getting some integrity, stop and think about things you write about people. You seem to me a very insecure, miserable person, that has nothing better to do with her life, but to try and destroy someone else's. David has done such wonderful things for the community even though he has constantly been under the scrutiny of the Feds and PD. How about this, before opening your mouth and spewing trash and lies, get some facts first. Your so called rumors are obviously nothing more than your attempt to get back at someone that has made you angry... Take some good advise, and either get some counseling on these issues you seem to be harboring, or get actual facts in line before you slam someone. How about this, get a life start living it, and when you become a saint then go ahead and cast the first stone.

CHEYENNE -- The owner of a Nevada brothel who's charged with possessing and transporting child pornography in Wyoming has asked a federal judge to suppress the evidence against him.
A lawyer for David Burgess, 55, says the government's search of his laptop computer following a traffic stop last summer violated his constitutional rights.
Burgess is owner of the Old Bridge Ranch, a legal brothel east of Reno, Nev. He's also a leader of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang in Nevada.
James H. Barrett, assistant federal public defender in Cheyenne, represents Burgess. Barrett on Monday asked U.S. District Judge Alan B. Johnson to block prosecutors from using the seized computer materials in court.
In his suppression request, Barrett states that Burgess was a passenger in a motor home that a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper pulled over last July near Evanston. The trooper stopped the motor home because it was pulling a trailer with expired tags.
According to a police statement, both the driver and Burgess told police they were members of the Hells Angels and were traveling to the 2007 Hells Angels USA Run in Eureka Springs, Ark.
Barrett states that a Uinta County Sheriff's deputy happened by during the traffic stop and volunteered the use of his drug dog to sniff around the motor home. The dog reportedly alerted on the door to the motor home.
Although Burgess told police that they needed a warrant to search the motor home, Barrett states that both the state trooper and the deputy searched the inside of the motor home, finding marijuana and a substance the police believed to be cocaine.
State drug charges were filed against Burgess, but were later dismissed.
Troopers impounded the motor home after the traffic stop.
Barrett states that police applied for a search warrant to allow them to search the motor home and trailer for "evidence of controlled substances or dealing in controlled substances," including computer records. They also applied to search for personal property that would "tend to show a conspiracy to sell drugs."
Jim Anderson, assistant U.S. Attorney in Cheyenne, said at a court hearing last month that a search of a laptop computer found in the motor home showed it to be "chock full" of child pornography, leading to the pending criminal charges against Burgess.
Anderson hasn't yet filed a response to Barrett's suppression motion.
Barrett points out in his argument to Judge Johnson that the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution requires that warrants must "particularly describe the place to be searched and the persons and things to be seized."
Barrett argues that the warrant in Burgess' case was written so broadly that it allowed the officers conducting the case to determine on their own what they could seize. "All computer records and personal property fall within the ambit of the warrant," he wrote.

What a bull**** case. The FBI has been after David Burgess for so long that they will do and say anything to get him put in prison. They probably put the porn on his laptop after they seized it.

Wow I have read about 10 Hells angels over the last year charged with rape molestation and murder of women and children. there is only a few hundred hells angels in the USA . they must look for men with the same interests. thats a lot out of a few hundred.I wonder how many got a way and how many lawyer keep the story from the papers.I can't believe they let this guy free for a year and give him a lawyer.
I pray also that all the children are accounted for and none have been murdered.

Wow Mike, you have made some seriously ignorant statements. ANYONE THAT HAS EVER BEEN AROUND THE HELLS ANGELS knows that RESPECT is one of their "codes" and that would include women and children. If they knew there was a molester or child porn advocator amongst them, no, you would hear about it on the news, they would handle it themselves. I can tell that you have never been around anyone from the Hells Angels organization, and I'm sure that would be a fact you relish in, and that is fine. You are refering to "stories" from the 60's and 70's... and most of those were just that... stories. IF, in fact, child porn was found on Davids computers, then I will support any punishment that is doled out, because that is one of the worst things imaginable... but IF it is true, he will have alot more to deal with within the Hells Angels than anything you could wish against him. One of his victims was a 78 year old women and he has 3 orders of protection from 3 different women and waiting for court for a case involving a 14 year old girl.I guess the hells angels had to get rid of this guy once the newspapers got the story.Many more scumbags in that gang of scumbags
