New Cell Tower in Madison River Valley???

I will be traveling to the Madison River Valley in a few weeks and have heard many comments about no mobile service in the area. I recently learned that a new cell tower may have been installed in the area and is scheduled to go in service in the next couple weeks. Is there any truth to this? If so, can you provide details?
