The people you see in the photos are the one's that will be getting your money, after it is taken from you. No wonder they are happy, more money, less work. I am stationed overseas and we are sick that this man could be our next president.

It appears the public school system has failed us when you see so many young people who do not recognize a socialist which is close to a communist.

You say you know what Obama stands for and what he will do, and yet you haven't the slightest clue of what he is saying because you really aren't interested. You aren't interested because your tiny little mind is already full of the information that you got from reliable sources like a viral email, a bomb-thrower blog, the entertainers on the radio, and the last desperate smear attempts by a fading opponent who has nothing left to lose.

What a shame. Open up your ears, and you might hear something other than the garbage you spout. And you use labels like "socialist" to try to scare people. If you had any idea what a socialist was, and if you had listened, you would know that this is one of the most ludicrous and transparently ridiculous things that they've tried to label Obama with. Obama isn't the one with the history of socialism. That would be Gov. Palin, the darling of the far right. She's the one who proudly trumpeted how Alaska is nearly socialist and the as Governor she was able to send everyone a check for $1200 as their share of a windfall tax on the oil companies that is in addition to the $2000 each resident usually gets as payment for the state's natural resources. She even used the word "socialist" to gleefully describe Alaska.

I guess you think it's probably too much work to actually use facts and think. Since "tax" is a bad word these days, you must have thought that it was your patriotic duty to not overtax your brain.

Since one of you cracked on public schools, I can only assume that that person DIDN'T go to public schools, which is hardly a ringing endorsement of private schools or home schooling. If that's the route that person took, it failed them miserably, since they sound like they have an IQ a couple of points shy of a rock.

People attending rallys arent necessary voting for the speaker.
And population of the area may also effect voter turnout.

Its real simple, when you raise taxes on big or small businesses, they have two choices: raise the price of the product and/or cut wages or employees. When you lower taxes, businesses can use that money to: reinvest in business; hirer more employees; keep costs lower and competitive; or send the profits to the shareholders (you know - IRA, mutual funds, 401(k)s, pension plans, etc.). So, I appreciate Sen. Obama's final push to get the voters to come out and support his higher taxes, fewer jobs plan, while he pulls the wool over people who are taking the day off from school or work to stand in line to wait to here his propaganda, while those who are trying to keep the economy running are at work. Maybe if all of Obama's supporters stayed at work instead of taking the days off to travel around to hear his propaganda, the economy woul dbe better. Think of the hundereds of thousands of employee productivity hours are wasted listening to him. Thats the difference in the campaigns, not the amount of enthusiasm in McCain vs. Obama, but McCain's supporters are at work during most of the rally's.

Doesn't it seem strange to you that most intellectuals are backing Obama? Are you saying that intelligent people are socialists and/or communists? Did it ever dawn on you that YOU may be wrong? Is that an impossibility?

Egg Man, its so nice to see someone who knows it all. Give us a break man. If you were for McCain, you'd be slamming Obama like a WWE wrestler. Obama supporters seem to think that anyone voting for McCain is either a racist or ignorant. Give us some credit for thinking freely too. Lots of us research the candidates and frankly, we need to know more. There is much about Obama I would like to know, but his campaign has proven to be much like teflon when it comes to being forthcoming. I have yet to see one simple answer from anyone that tells me why we should vote for Obama. McCain has history, its right there for us all to see. Obama? What makes him any different from any of us in experience? Bobby Scott comes to mind when I think of a black candidate with experience and a track record I can see. Republican Jesse Watts was black and I would have voted for him in a heartbeat. Again, I saw his record, his votes, etc. With Obama, I just can't get my fingers around it. Can you? Other than the fact that he is the Democratic candidate, why are you so comfortable with him? How do you get your information? From the same places we get ours perhaps? Do you know him personally? If so, maybe you can fill in the blanks. Why would you vote for someone with the baggage he is on record as having? Socialist? Heck, I don't know. Do you think any other candidate would have gotten the nomination from "either" party with the baggage he has?? All John Edwards did was cheat on his wife and he is finished. Biden quit his campaign for the presidency years ago because of plagerism. Not exactly earth shattering details. Do you really think that Obama's campaign can pass the litmus test?
