All charges dismissed against Gloucester supervisors

Congratulations to the WONDERFUL 4 on their complete victory and exoneration today in court. Now hopefully all the hate that has been written on this site can be put to rest and people can get behind their supervisors to get this county turned around, get taxes and spending under control!!
The Good Ole Boy Network in Gloucester will have to play ball now. Their attempt to oust the supervisors is being defeated!!!

This is like the OJ case and the hate did NOT go away-it will fester and the rot within will destroy the county.
This is the scariest Halloween ever.

No surprise here. I thought the case against the supervisors was weak. Now I wonder, on what grounds do all the potitions have to ask for the removal of the supervisors?

As far as I'm concerned the verdict is not true justice in this case. The fact of the matter is these people played fast and loose with the rules of their positions, they abused their own power, and thumbed their noses at everyone while they did it. They should have the dignity to get out but they don't. I have lost ALL respect for them. At least I know who I will NOT be voting for next time.

The "FIX" was in play. Now do you see why I keep saying citizens must get control of the Judiciary back from the crooks and politicians? We have no justice in the U.S. anymore. Judges and lawyers have corrupted our system so badly it's a joke. Make judges stand for election by the people, prosecutors also as most are weak lawyers who can't make it in private practice.
This is a disgrace on Gloucester County. I figured the fix was in with the substitue judge as a tidy sum probably passed under the bench for the ruling.

I guess the prosecuter and judge from VaBch looked at us as a bunch of hayseed hicks and decided it wasn't anything that could further their careers. I know the judge is retired, doesn't need the distraction of working for us here and I see that they did not take the citizens seriously.

The petitions are up next and believe you me, if they are thrown out, those folks who organized the petition drive will not give up. It will go farther than this pathetic court here in Gloucester.
What a joke this all is. Those four best know this is their last term on the Gloucester BOS.

The indictees may have been handed a legal victory but they've lost the moral one. It'll catch up with them eventually. And they'll never be able to deny they were indicted by a grand jury.

This won't go away just because of today's verdict. The only real losers here today are the citizens of the county who must suffer through the terms of these four. I'm especially disappointed the dismissal of the charges against Ressler and Crewe for intimdation of a county employee for their contractor buddy.

I am sick about the poor representation the People had-

While I am sure the families are relieved-
there are MANY people who know the legal representation was very poorly presented or ignored.

Do you realize GHS scored more points against Phoebus then any other team, including Hampton and Bethel. I thought the representation was poor- there should have been a BETTER qualified lawyer to serve the people.

Congradulations is an understaement!! However, it is most fitting!! I agree with you.

HA HA HA HA HA HA !!! I hope you haters saw that!! I've been telling you haters for the longest time that this was going to happen!! All chargers are dropped against the Four Supervisors!! AS you haters finally see that no one sees it your way! Your personal vendettas just don't work!! The judicial system saw straight through your farce! I know you are disapointed. However, you should have seen it comimg. If you remember, I was one of the few people a while ago that told those haters and witch hunter again and again that there never was any evidence against the four! Yet they continued to proclaime that they were guilty. I promised them all that they will see that justice will prevail. I'm just elated that even though the lied to many of the people in Gtown, and deceived them to sign some ficiticious petetions, they couldn't pull the wool over the eyes of the judicial system.
