We need a system that takes these criminals and isolates them with situations that teach empathy. Regular jail is criminal college, they become colder towards society and come out with more criminal knowledge. Keep them locked up but without criminal mentors. So glad that help came from good people in the area. We need to raise our children and look out for our neighbors without a blind eye.

I think you mean to say Instead of letting Virginia State raise your child, parents should discipline their child. So if Little Johnny hits the mail man. Hit the parents, in the wallet! Somebody needs to show responsibility for their actions, why not the parents, since they can’t teach their kids. |
