Popping for cab fare is a better option than risking jail time, thousands in lawyer's fees, thousands in lawsuit fees, thousands in state fines, and having someone's death on your conscience.

Well he obviously didn't learn his lesson. A little over a month later, same guy out drinking at a bar in Charlestown like the accident never happened
