Just wait to ya really get to know him! He will act like ya best friend and be sleeping with ya ole lady and whoever her friends are. He is a snake in the grass! Hides behind a badge and gets other's do his dirty work and he will act like he is Mr. Nice guy while he's being dirty to ya face! I know him so well I can tell you his next move! He does move around a lot , due to not being able to cover up his true colors for very long. His ex-wife went to prison for manufacturing meth and counterfit money, where did she get it all? She was the court clerk and he was the chief of police in Palestine...ask the cithy of palestine what they were about!

If it's who I am thinking about he has a young girl pregnant.He is older than 40 and the girl is barely of age. He is trying to say it's not his but he probably has several that way!

This is TRUE! I checked and googled searched Mark Spain in Palestine and there is pages and pages of where he and his wife Wesley Spain misapproiated funds with in the municipal court system and Police Dept. How is he employeed as a Patrolman?

i just happened upon the stupid website about mark spain.. its really sad you have nothing better to do with your life.. haha... but i do know him very well and he is a great man and father. i also know the pregnant girl is almost thirty not barely legal.. so at least get it right.. Its not the past if it keeps on happining.you should have seen how he treated his kids.he has nothing to do with his son nathan and he tried to take his sisters kids in but couldn't handle it. he was a slave driver. his yard wasn't spotless because of him. all he would do is get on the lawnmower and mow the grass. the kids, well, the boys done everything else. And you should have heard some of the things he said on the telephone to other cops...planning. and how do you screw around on someone that works her tailend off and then comes home and cleans the whole house does the laundry and has supper ready every night before you get home? oh yeah and iron your clothes before you go to work. i don't know either. its ok though carrie...maybe he'll give you a little while before he starts cheating on you...but when he does remember these words..."We told you so!"

it wasn't my mom that posted that comment about nathan. it was someone that lived with him though. you need to make sure you know who your talking about when your saying things that can hurt someone fellings. i have a son and if he didnt live with me i would make sure that i could see him no matter what. and mom was outside with him all tyhe time unless she was inside cleaning. we have nothing agianst you personally carrie your making this a war. but thanks good riddance

Actually at one time there was J.R.
